Robert Novak

Washington columnist Robert Novak currently serves as a FOX News Channel (FNC) contributor.

He also continues to write a syndicated column, "Inside Report," for Creators Syndicate that is published three times a week. In addition, Novak produces a twice-monthly newsletter, the "Evans-Novak Political Report," and is a contributing editor for Reader's Digest.

Novak was previously a reporter for The Wall Street Journal and the Associated Press. Before beginning a career in journalism, Novak served in the United States Army as a lieutenant during the Korean War.

Novak graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois and later received the University's Distinguished Alumnus Award. He also served as a Radford visiting professor of journalism at Baylor University and is a recipient of the National Press Club's Fourth Estate: Lifetime Achievement in Journalism Award.
